For the last few years, The UNION TEXTILES PHOCÉENNE (UTP), whose job is to sell textiles by the metre has started to diversify, thus developing specific lines of products for the interior design of the house as well as for its decoration.

As a specialist of upholstery, THE UNION TEXTILES PHOCÉENNE offers a range of fire proof textiles for hotels and collective associations as well as for restaurants, articles such as cotton or polyester made table cloths whose main characteristic is the easy care cleaning.

Using the trade name of “Atmosphère Provence”, UTP has its roots in Marseilles, the capital of Provence; UTP sells a range of “Provencaux” textiles, which evolve into circular and rectangular table cloths as well as other accessories such as table sets, gloves, maniques, aprons, bags for bags, bread bags, flat chair cushions, bread baskets or trays.

Among the “Jacquard“ products, our Cotton Teflon treated articles show a variety of patterns in the linen table range whose very nature is to adorn homes conveying the atmosphere of the area through the use of warm colours such as Ochre, Red, Sky blue (Azure), or Green fields (Prairie).

The very exclusive “tissés teints” (dyed woven textiles) as well as “the piqués” (quilted) endow us with a recognised lead in this area where the lovers of things of beauty discover the originality of a high quality concept which is found in the square or rectangular “plaids” (tartans), the curtains with grommets or coordinated cushion covers.

Next, imported from India or China,”the boutis” are in with the spirit of the moment and complete blissfully our Collection thus, allowing our customers to avail of a range “linge de lit” (bed linen) well out of the ordinary. Besides, as a complement we offer “plaids”, table sets, cushion covers or coordinated “vis à vis”.

Last but not least two very specific collections have been put forward:
• One which offers “mountain” products (produits de montagne) and
• The other with “sea range products “(ligne mer) an obvious range for a company situated on the Mediterranean coast.
